The self-priming pump principle uses a unique patented impeller and separation disc to force the gas-liquid separation to complete the inhalation process. Its shape, size, weight and efficiency are similar to those of pipeline pumps. Vertical self-priming pumps do not require auxiliary equipment such as bottom valves, vacuum valves, and gas separators. It does not need to be filled when the normal production starts, and has strong self-priming ability. It can replace the currently widely used submerged pump (low liquid pump), and can be used as circulating pump, tank truck, self-priming pump, motorized pump. And other uses.
Centrifugal pump:
When the centrifugal pump is transporting liquid, when the liquid level is lower, the pump needs to be pumped to discharge water. For this purpose, a bottom valve is required at the pump inlet. Over time, the bottom valve is corroded or stuck, and needs to be exchanged or repaired, so it is inconvenient to use.
Submersible pump:
Submersible pumps are generally used to transport clean water and river water. When used for the transport of corrosive liquids such as acid and alkali, it is prone to motor corrosion and leakage, which is very unsafe. When the pump is blocked by garbage, it is necessary to pull the pump to clean it, which is very inconvenient, so it is rarely used in practical applications.
Submerged pump:
The submerged pump solves the problem of low conveying. However, due to the use of the long axis, and the impeller has an unbalanced radial force, the entire shaft is also a cantilever structure, so that the deflection causes a large deflection at the impeller end. The longer the shaft, the greater the deflection. In order to solve this problem, a bearing is mounted on the shaft. However, since the whole shaft is a flexible shaft, the bearing is continuously subjected to unilateral wear, the wear amount is large, the bearing sway is severe, and the wear speed is accelerated, so the frequency of the submerged pump is high. And the shaft should not be made too long, generally within 2 meters. The bearings of the submerged pump are cooled and lubricated by the medium transported by the pump. If the pumped medium does not refrigerate the bearing and is lubricated (this happens when the pump is empty and the inlet is clogged with debris), it can burn or even burn the motor. The repair and installation of the submerged pump is very troublesome. Especially when transporting corrosive media, it is difficult to complete without lifting tools.
